Heintz Still in the Hunt at Players' Amateur

Sophomore Chris Heintz remains in contention following the third round at the Players' Amaeur being held at the Belfar Golf Club's West Course in Blufton, SC.

Heintz was in seventh place at five-under par 211 after a third round score of 73 on Saturday. He posted consecutive 69s in the first two rounds.

Senior John Poucher was tied for 30th at 218 (+2) and former All-American Steve Conway was tied for 33rd at 219 (+3). Sophomore Peter Campbell was tied for 37th at 220 (+4) and former All-American Roy Moon was tied for 74th.
