UCLA's Adams Named Pac-10 Player of the Week

NAMED PAC-10 WOMEN'S SOCCER PLAYER OF THE WEEK
WALNUT CREEK, Calif. - UCLA freshman forward Danesha Adams has been named the Pac-10 Women's Soccer Player of the Week for Aug. 24-30, Commissioner Tom Hansen announced today.Adams, from Shaker Heights, Ohio, tallied eight points on the week, helping No. 10/9 UCLA to wins over San Diego and Loyola Marymount. Adams scored two goals in her first collegiate match, including the game winner, in a 4-0 victory over USD on Friday, Aug. 27.
