Enfield Honored By Pac-10 As Men's Soccer Player Of The Week

Walnut Creek, Calif. - UCLA senior midfielder Mike Enfield has been named the Pac-10 Men's Soccer Player of the Week for Oct. 12-18, Commissioner Tom Hansen announced today.
Enfield, from Ventura, Calif., had a three-goal, one-assist performance in the Bruins' Bay Area sweep at California and Stanford. In the Bruins' 3-0 upset win over No. 13/19 California, Enfield scored two goals, including the game-winner, and assisted on the other. Against No. 10/18 Stanford, Enfield scored a crucial insurance goal in the 71st minute, propelling UCLA to a 2-0 victory.
Enfield, who now leads the Pac-10 in goals (8) and points (17), was selected as the College Soccer News National Player of the Week and was also slected to the College Soccer News Team of the Week.
UCLA takes on Stanford and California again this weekend, this time in Westwood.
This is the second weekly honor for Enfield, and the 19th all-time player of the week honor for the Bruins.
