USC'S Nov. 27 Home Football Game Versus Notre Dame Is Sold Out
Nov. 2, 2004
Top-ranked USC's football game against Notre Dame on Nov. 27 in the 92,000-seat Coliseum is sold out.
The annual intersectional rivalry contest will be aired live on ABC-TV at 5 p.m. PST.
This will be a USC's third home sellout in 2004, a school season record. Earlier games against California and Arizona State were sold out.
This also means USC will play before at least 6 regular-season sellouts-home and away-in 2004, which ties a school record (previously set in 1979 and 1985). Troy's 2004 road contests at Virginia Tech, Arizona State and this week at Oregon State have been sellouts.
The USC record for most season sellout games played in (including bowls) is 7, set in 1979. None of the Trojans' other remaining games-versus Arizona, at UCLA and in a bowl-have yet been announced as sellouts.
Tickets still are available for USC's only other home game of 2004-versus Arizona on Nov. 13-on usctrojans.com or by calling the USC Ticket Office at (213) 740-4672.
USC's home average attendance of 84,649 through the first 4 games of 2004 is on pace to shatter the school record set last year (77,804).
