KC Corkery and Sam Warburg Fall in Doubles Final at ITA National Indoor Championships

Ann Arbor, Mich. - The No. 2 seeded doubles tandem of junior KC Corkery and senior Sam Warburg fell 8-5 to the No. 1 seeded duo of Scott Green and Ross Wilson from Ohio State in the final of the ITA National Indoor Championships at the University of Michigan Varsity Tennis Center on Sunday. In Singles play, Corkery earned a straight set victory in the consolation final.

Corkery defeated Baylor's Lars Poerschke 6-3, 6-4 in the final of the consolation bracket in singles action.

The Cardinal return to action when they head to the University of Hawaii for a dual match on November 23.
