Volleyball Regional To Be Televised On FSN NW

SEATTLE--The NCAA Women's Volleyball Regional Final on Dec. 11 at 7 p.m., will be televised by Fox Sports Northwest. The match will be broadcast on a delayed basis at 10: 30 p.m., on Saturday night and 10:30 a.m., Sunday morning.
Washington's Regional Semifinal match vs. Saint Mary's on Dec. 10 will be broadcast live on FSN NW at 7:30 p.m. Rich Waltz and Mike Dodd will call the action.
The No. 7-seed Huskies (26-2) are making their second-straight Sweet 16 appearance. Washington defeated Idaho (3-0) and Kansas (3-2) in the first and second rounds last weekend.
Saint Mary's, the 10th-seed, is making its second-ever NCAA appearance. Its wins over Sacramento State and California last week mark its first-ever postseason victories.
The Regional Tournament runs Dec. 10-11 in Seattle. No. 2-seed Penn State will play No. 15-seed UCLA on Friday, Dec. 10 at 5 p.m., followed by the Washington/ Saint Mary's match at 7:30 p.m.
Friday's winners will play Saturday at 7 p.m., with the winner advancing to the Final Four in Long Beach, Calif., Dec. 16-18.
Washington's best postseason run included Elite Eight appearances in 2003 and 1988.
