No. 21 Arizona State Upset By Washington

SEATTLE (AP) - Washington continued its mastery at home against No. 21Arizona State, getting 12 points from Kayla Burt in a 63-55 victory Wednesdaynight.

The win extended the Huskies' home winning streak against the Sun Devils tonine games. Arizona State's last win in Seattle against the Huskies (5-7, 1-1Pacific-10) was 81-77 on Feb. 3, 1996.

Kristen Kovesdy scored 13 points for the Sun Devils (9-3, 1-1)

The Huskies used a 12-3 spurt midway through the second half to build a39-35 lead. Washington extended the lead to as many as nine points with justunder three minutes to go.

Arizona State committed 27 turnovers and Washington held the Sun Devils tojust 37-percent shooting. Kylan Loney added 10 points in the loss.

Kristen O'Neill scored 11 points and reserve Jill Bell added 10 as theHuskies snapped a four-game losing streak.
