JR C Shawntinice Polk suffered a sprained MCL (right knee) and is listed as day-to-day, while FR G Jessica Arnold injured her left shoulder and will be re-evaluated Monday... Neither will see action against ASU... When she sank a free throw at the 3:47 mark of the second half Dec. 29 at Washington State, SR G Dee-Dee Wheeler became the second all-time leading scorer at UA with her 1,621st point, moving ahead of Elizabeth Pickney... She now has 1,623 points in her career, 614 behind Adia Barnes' 2,237 career points.

ARIZONA STATE SUN DEVILS: ASU's game against intrastate rival Arizona Monday night begins a three-game Pac-10 homestand for the Sun Devils, who have played four of their last five games on the road... The Sun Devils look to extend a streak that has seen them win their last nine home games and 22 of their last 24, including an upset of three-time defending NCAA champion Connecticut on Dec. 21... ASU has won the last four meetings between the two teams at Wells Fargo Arena and six of the last nine games with the Wildcats overall. .. JR F Kristen Kovesdy paces ASU in scoring (11.5 ppg), while SR G Kylan Loney and SO Emily Westerberg are close behind, at 10.9 ppg.

It marked the Bears' first home loss on the season... SR F Kiki Williams led Cal in rebounding for the second straight game, posting a career high 11 boards on the heels of a career high 10-rebound effort in the Dec. 29 road win over Oregon State... In the series with Washington State, the Bears have won five of the last seven games, but the Cougars have salvaged season splits the last two years... In 2003-04, Cal defeated WSU in Pullman, 85-71, but lost on its home court, 64-59.

OREGON DUCKS: Coming off its first Pac-10 opening sweep since the 2000-01 season, Oregon fell 77-72 at USC on Jan. 2... The Cardinal, second in the Conference in scoring defense (50.8 ppg), held its sixth opponent to 50 points or fewer... Tuesday night's game against Washington will only be Stanford's third of the year at Maples Pavilion... UCLA BRUINS: SO G Noelle Quinn nearly recorded a triple-double, with 20 points, 12 rebounds and eight steals, as the Bruins downed Oregon State 73-45 on Jan. 2... Of USC's four losses, three have been to ranked opponents (No. 20 DePaul, No. 6 Notre Dame, No. 23 UCLA), three of the four have been by four points or less, and three have been on the road... The game against Oregon State on Tuesday tips off at 1 p.m. at the Lyon Center... The pre-Orange Bowl match-up will be free to all fans and pizza and drinks will be provided.

WASHINGTON HUSKIES: Washington handed Cal its first home loss of the season , winning 65-52 on Jan. 2...
