Tri-Cities Fever Taps Dunning for Kicking Duties

KENNEWICK, Wash. - Former Washington State kicker Drew Dunning will take over kicking duties for the Tri-Cities Fever of the National Indoor Football (NIFL) Thursday, April 12, as they take on the Everett Hawks. Dunning steps in for the injured Brandon Schillinger.
Dunning was a three-year starter for the Cougs (2001 -2003) after walking on in the fall of 1999. The three-time All-Pac-10 honoree holds the WSU career scoring and career kick scoring records with 336 points. Dunning finished his senior year ranked third nationally in the NCAA standings with 2.08 FG/game and 17th in scoring with 8.92 points per game after completing 87.1 percent of his field goals (27-31) that year with a long of 49 yards.
