Top-seeded host and No. 8 ranked Baylor and Stanford have advanced to the championship of the 2005 NCAA Waco Regional with Stanford needing a pair of victories on Monday to advance to an NCAA Super Regional for the sixth time in the last seven seasons • Baylor is unbeaten after a pair of 8-3 wins on Friday over Texas-San Antonio and Saturday against TCU • Stanford won a pair of elimination games on Sunday over Texas-San Antonio (6-2) and TCU (12-4) to bounce back from a 5-1 loss to TCU in its regional opener • The tournament reverted to its previous format with two games on the opening day (Saturday), three on the second day (Sunday) and two (if necessary) on Monday after Friday's scheduled opening day was postponed due to weather conditions • The winner of the 2005 NCAA Waco Regional will advance to face Clemson in one of eight Super Regionals to be conducted from Friday, June 10 - Monday, June 13 at eight sites to be announced on Tuesday, June 7 on the ESPN Bottom Line • Four of the Super Regionals will be scheduled from Friday-Sunday, while the other four will be slated for Saturday-Monday with the ESPN family televising every Super Regional contest
