Three Stanford Men's Tennis Players Honored for Academics

Walnut Creek, Calif. - Three Stanford men's tennis players we named to the 2005 Pacific-10 Conference All-Academic teams, announced yesterday by Commissioner Tom Hansen. Junior K.C. Corkery, sophomore Eric McKean and senior Sam Warburg were each commended for their academic achievements.
To be eligible for selection to the academic team, a student-athlete must have a minimum 3.0 overall grade-point average and be either a starter or significant contributor. Corkery earned First Team honors, while McKean was tabbed a Second-Team selection and Warburg took honorable mention accolades.
