Wood, Wooding Earn All-American Honors

Wood and Wooding spearheaded USC's sixth-place finish at the 2005 NCAA Championships, the school's highest mark since taking fifth in 1995.
Wood, who had Troy's lowest stroke average (72.54) on the season, tied for seventh at the NCAAs while Wooding tied for 13th.
Wood led USC's finishers at the NCAA Championships West Regional as well, finishing tied for 21st. Wooding paced the Trojans at the Pac-10 Championships, leading Troy with a tie for 17th while Wood was tied for 19th.
Hayes was USC's most recent All-American, earning honorable mention honors in 2004. Since USC Director of Golf Kurt Schuette joined USC prior to the 1994-1995 season, nine Trojans have earned a combined 11 All-American honors.
