Five Stanford Gymnasts Earn Academic All-American Honors

The National Association of Collegiate Gymnastics Coaches (NACGC) awarded five Stanford gymnasts Academic All-American honors.
A human biology major from Cupertino, California, senior Amanda Delgado led the team with a 3.95 GPA.
Brittany Billmaier a sophomore Communication major, earned a 3.65 GPA. Billmaier hails from Woodinville, Washington.
Stanford boasted three freshmen earning Academic All-American honors. Freshmen Aimee Precourt, Alexandra Pintchouck and Lauren Elmore each earned a spot on the honors list. A native of Pasadena, Texas, Precourt earned a 3.75 GPA and is undecided on a major, but considering Human Biology.
An undeclared major from Mt. Laurel, New Jersey, Alexandra Pintchouk notched a 3.59 GPA.
Lauren Elmore rounded out the freshmen honorees with a 3.50 GPA. Elmore is from Bloomington, Indiana and is undecided on a major.
As a team, the Stanford women boasted a 3.397 GPA and were ranked 15th in the nation among collegiate gymnastics programs. Southern Utah University posted the highest average GPA with 3.714.
