Jensen, Soni, Sandeno Selected to 2006 U.S. Short Course World Championships Team.

USC junior Larsen Jensen, freshman Rebecca Soni and former Trojan Kaitlin Sandeno have been selected to represent the United States at the 2006 FINA Short Course World Championships (25m), April 5-9, in Shanghai, China.
Jensen won silver medals at the 2004 U.S. Olympics (1500m free) and the 2005 World Championships (800m and 1500m free) and remains one of the top distance swimmers in the world.
Soni was a 2005 U.S. national champion in the 200m breast and won a pair of silvers at the 2005 World University Games.
Sandeno is a two-time Olympian (2000 and 2004) with four career medals, including three last year in Athens, Greece. She won four medals at the 2004 Short Course World Championships.USC head coach Mark Schubert will also represent the U.S. as an assistant coach women's coach.
