Results from Day Two of the Men's Tennis Pac-10 Championships

OJAI, Calif. - The 2006 Men's Tennis Pac-10 Championships rolled on Friday in Ojai, CA with the Sun Devils returning to compete in doubles and with Jonathan Kinsella facing Stanford's Matt Bruch in singles quarterfinals.
Kinsella hung tough against Matt Bruch who is currently ranked 17th in nation by the ITA. Bruch came out to take the first set 6-1 from Kinsella, though the Devil rallied back to take the second, 6-2. The Cardinal proved to be too much for Kinsella though as he took the last set 6-3 to advance to the Pac-10 singles semifinals.
Doubles action also kicked off Friday with Nick Hegarty and Wes Miller pairing up to take on Dejan Cvetkovic and Kaes Van't Hof of USC in the first-round where the Trojans topped the Devils in a tough 8-6 decision.
T.J. Bellama and Jonathan Kinsella also paired up on the day where in the first round they took down the Washington Husky duo of Klaus Jank and Andy Kuharszky 8-5. The win advanced them to quarterfinals where they took on Cal's Lennart Maack and Dean Wallace, but fell in a 8-2 decision.
The Pac-10 Championships will continue on tomorrow with singles and doubles semifinals action.
