May 5, 2006

USC senior Taylor Wood was tabbed an All-Pac-10 second team selection for the second year in a row while senior Tyler Ley and juniors Jordan Nasser and Joshua Wooding earned honorable mention honors, the conference announced on Friday (May 5).

Wood has a team best four top 10 finishes and leads the Trojans in stroke average (72.39). Ley, a second-team selection in 2005, is fresh off his best performance of the season, a tie for fourth at the 2006 Pac-10 Championships.

Nasser's Pac-10 effort was also his best of the season, tying for 10th overall. Wooding, who tied for 17th at the Pac-10s, has five top 20 finishes this season in eight full events.

Arizona State's Alejandro Canizares and Stanford's Rob Grube were named Pac-10 Co-Players of the Year while UCLA Coach O.D. Vincent earned Coach-of-the-Year honors.
