Caitlin Noble Named To Academic All-District Team

SEATTLE, Wash.-- Washington sophomore Caitlin Noble was named to the ESPN The Magazine All District XIII softball first team. It marks Noble's first academic all-district honor, the 13th in Husky history and the first under head coach Heather Tarr.
Noble is now on the national ballot for Academic All-America honors. The Huskies have had two Academic All-Americans in its 14-year history, including Michelle Church and Jennifer Spediacci.
Noble, a Sammamish, Wash., native, boasts a 3.38 grade-point average in history. She and the Huskies are a No. 1 seed in the NCAA Tournament and open regional action Thursday in Provo, Utah vs. Southern Utah. Game time is slated for 6 p.m. (PT).
