'These were two great results for us this weekend,' Ray Leone, ASU head coach, said. 'We are playing a lot better together and this very positive for this young team. The goal also give Doty her second game winning strike this season.
Then, in the 75th minute of play, Courtney Crane found the back of the net after receiving a long pass out of the midfield from Kyleyn Felts. Crane's score moved her back into a tie with Doty for the team lead in both goals (three) and points (six) on the season.
Goalkeeper Kim Bingham recorded her fourth shut out of the season and increased her career total to 13.5, the third-most in school history. Bingham recorded five saves in the contest.
