Muller, Case Defeated at ITA All-America Championships

Blake Muller and Richard Case were both defeated today in the first round of qualifying matches at the Polo/ITA All-America Championships at the University of Tulsa. Muller and Case will play a consolation qualifying match tomorrow at the Michael D. Case Tennis Center as well as first round qualifying match in doubles competition.
Muller, a sophomore from Santa Barbara, Calif., was beaten by Max Jones of New Mexico, 6-4, 6-1. Case, a freshman from Essex, England, lost his first collegiate match to Evan Dufaux of Vanderbilt, 6-7 (7), 6-2, 6-3.
On Tuesday, Muller and Case will play Matt Brown and Dominik Mueller of Baylor in the first round of qualifying for the doubles competition.
