Eneroth Sets Table For Sixth Top-10 Finish Of Career

Sammamish, Wash. - Sophomore Amy Eneroth turned in yet another solid performance Tuesday in the second round of the Edean Ihlanfeldt Invitational. Eneroth turned in an 8-over par 80 in round two. The Cougar sophomore currently sits in a three-way tie for seventh place heading into the third and final round of the tournament on Wednesday.
On day two of competition the Cougars continue to chase Stanford who through two rounds leads the 15 team field after shooting a 24-over 600 through two rounds. The Cougars heading into the final day of competition are sitting in 11th place after carding a 56-over 632 in their first two rounds of play.
Cougar golfers Tracy Broders and Brooke Henderson sit in a tie for 45th place after their two rounds of play in the tournament. Broders and Henderson both enter Wednesday's final round of play 16-over par and five strokes out of the top 25.
Jessica Black playing in her first tournament this year put together a much better round than her round one performance where she shot a 12-over 84. On Tuesday's round two Black shot a 7-over, 79, where she birdied three holes on the day.
Freshman Diana Hong will have some ground to make up heading into the third and final round. Hong sits in a tie for 72nd. Hong shot an 11-over 83 in round two.
The final round of the Edean Ihlanfeldt will conclude tomorrow at the par 72, 6,130-yard Sahalee Country Club in Sammamish, Wash.
