Oct. 23, 2006

The University of Washington football game at 25th ranked Oregon on Saturday, Nov. 4 will be televised nationally by TBS at 12:30 p.m. as part of the Pacific-10 Conference television package.

Washington has appeared on live television in six of its eight games this season and each of the Huskies' next two contests - at home against Arizona State (FSN Northwest) and at Oregon (TBS) will be televised. In addition, the regular-season finale against in-state rival Washington State will be televised by FSN. A decision on the Nov. 11 home contest against Stanford will be made 12-days in advance of the game.

Tickets for Saturday's 4 p.m. homecoming game against Arizona State are available by calling 206/543-2200 or by clicking here.

In addition to the UW at Oregon telecast, the Pac-10 and its television partners selected two other league games for the conference package. The USC at Stanford game will be telecast at 4 p.m. on FSN, while the UCLA at Cal game will air on ABC at 5 p.m.

The Huskies are 4-4 on the season and 2-3 and in the Pac-10 following a heartbreaking 31-24 overtime loss at 11th-ranked Cal last weekend. Of UW's four losses, three have come at the hands of teams ranked among the nation's top-20 on the road. Washington dropped a hard-fought 37-20 decision at No. 15 Oklahoma after battling to a 13-13 tie at halftime and fell just six points and a few seconds short in a 26-20 decision at third-ranked USC. Last weekend, Marlon Woods caught a 40-yard TD pass as time expired in regulation to send the game at Cal into overtime.

This weekend, Washington hosts Arizona State in a 4 p.m. contest that will be televised by FSN Northwest. Tickets are available by calling 206/543-2200 or by clicking here.
