Lemke and Alvarado Holley Competing Strong at World Amateur

CAPE TOWN, South Africa - Arizona State men's golfers Benjamin Alvarado Holley and Niklas Lemkefinish the second round of the Men's World Amateur Championship in CapeTown, South Africa.

Benjamin Alvarado Holley, competing for Chile, tied for 23rd aftershooting an even-par 72 on the day. For the tournament he has carded a1-under 143.

Niklas Lemke, competing for Sweden, carded a 1-under 71 for the secondround, moving him into a tie for 52nd and giving him a two-day total of146.

The event is being held Oct. 26-29 at the De Zalze Golf Club inStellenbosch of South Africa.
