Women's Soccer Earns No. 2 Seed in NCAA Championships

LOS ANGELES - The UCLA women's soccer team received a No. 2 regional seed in the NCAA Women's Soccer Championships on Monday and will host first and second round action this Friday and Sunday at UCLA's Drake Stadium.
UCLA (17-3) will take on UNLV (9-10-3) in the first round this Friday at 5:30 p.m.* The second match that evening will be LMU (10-2-6) vs. Cal State Fullerton (11-7-2) beginning at 8:00 p.m. Friday's winners will meet in the second round on Sunday at 1:00 p.m.
* Please note that although game times are set, the NCAA has not yet determined which match will be the 5:30 one and which will be the 8:00 p.m. one. Above is what UCLA has requested.
Tickets for the first and second rounds are $6 for youth/students and $8 for adults. One ticket is good for both matches on Friday.
The Bruins, who have played in the NCAA College Cup (Final Four) the past three years, own a combined record of 20-0 against UNLV, LMU and Cal State Fullerton.
