Sun Devil Soccer to Offer Keeper Mini Camp in December

TEMPE, Ariz. - Arizona State University assistant soccer coach Jaime Pagliarulo will conduct the program's first-ever Female Goalkeeper Mini Camp on December 16, 2006, at Sun Devil Soccer Stadium in Tempe, the team announced Tuesday.

The camp, for girls ages 9-16, will run from 9:30 a.m. through 2:30 p.m. and will cost $50 per player. The camp will focus on the aspects of female goalkeeping that challenge all ability levels from recreation to Division 1 college soccer. Camp topics will include shot stopping, 1v1 situations, crosses, footwork and dealing with back passes.

Coach Pagliarulo will be joined by current Sun Devil goalkeepers Kim Bingham, Brianna Silvestri and Katie Cochran while current ASU Assistant Coach Nancy Augystyniak-Goffi also will be involved with the instruction.
