Stanford Women Capture NCAA Title

Terre Haute, In - Stanford has captured its second consecutive NCAA title in women's cross country. Competing on Monday morning in Terre Haute, Indiana, the Cardinal tallied 195 points to defeat runnerup Colorado. The Buffaloes scored 223 points. Behind Stanford and Colorado were Michigan (233), Wisconsin (262), Arkansas (286), Texas Tech (300), Providence (301), Illinois (304), UC Santa Barbara 318) and Duke (320).

The men's race is currently underway.
