TEMPE, Ariz.- Arizona State University has announced that football season ticket prices on a per-game basis will be lowered or remain the same for the 2007 football season, ASU announced Thursday. ASU will play eight home games in 2007 at Sun Devil Stadium/Frank Kush Field under new head coach Dennis Erickson. The Sun Devils played six home games last year.

Ticket prices were also lowered from $200 to $160 on 3,572 seats in the lower bowl. On a per game basis, this is a 40.0% reduction in pricing on these seats versus the 2006 season.

ASU is lowering season ticket prices in the Upper Level Endzone from $105 to $99 on 15,231. On a per game basis, this is a 29.3% reduction in pricing on these seats versus the 2006 season. Season Tickets in these sections will be only $12.38 per game.

Sun Angel Foundation Scholarship Premiums will not be increasing from 2006 levels for the 2007 season. Some sections on the Upper Level Sidelines will have a decrease in their Sun Angel Foundation Scholarship Premium.

Season Tickets are currently on sale by calling the Sun Devil Ticket Office at 480-727-0000. They also make wonderful Holiday gift for Sun Devil fans.

Season Ticket renewals for current Season Ticket holders will be mailed out in the latter part of January. Sun Angel Foundation members interested in paying the 2007 scholarshippremium in the 2006 giving year may contact the Sun Angel Foundation byFriday, December 29th at 480-727-7700.

Season ticket holders will enjoy additional benefits for purchasing season tickets. Additional benefits include the ability to buy additional single-game tickets at discounted prices, priority seating for an ASU bowl game, priority seating at ASU road games, as well as the opportunity to purchase a season parking pass for Sun Devil Stadium.

  • In 2006, the Pacific-10 Conference went to a nine-game league schedule allowing institutions to play a five-game home conference slate every other year. As a result of this change, ASU will play eight home games in Sun Devil Stadium in 2007. The 2007 home schedule includes non-conference games against Big XII power Colorado, San Diego State and San Jose State, and the top three finishers in the Pac-10 for 2006 in USC, California and Oregon State as well as in-state rival Arizona.
  • In total these reductions represent a lowering of ticket prices from their 2006 levels on 18,803 seats or 26.5% of Sun Devil Stadium. This is intended to make Sun Devil Football an affordable experience for the entire family.
  • On a per game basis, no seat in Sun Devil Stadium for the 2007 season will see a price increase over their 2006 price level.
