Women's Golf in First Place after First Round of the

Bryan, Tex. - The top ranked Arizona State women's golf team is in first place after the first round of the 'Mo' Morial Invitational in Bryan, Tex. ASU shot a 15-over 303. UCLA is one-stroke behind after shooting 16-over par.

Individually, freshman Anna Nordqvist, who leads the Sun Devils, is in fourth place after shooting a 1-over 73. Sophomore All-Americans Jennifer Osborn and Azahara Munoz both shot a 4-over 76 to tie for ninth. Freshman Juliana Murcia is tied for 23rd after shooting a 6-over 78. Junior Camila Sola shot an 11-over 83 to tie for 56th. Senior Lindsay Anderson, playing as an independent, tied for 34th after shooting an 8-over 80.

The second round of the 'Mo' Morial Invitational continues tomorrow at Traditions Golf Club.
