Men's Tennis To Host Final Home Duals of the Season Against Stanford & Cal

This Week

The Arizona State Sun Devils will host their

fi nal home duals of

the 2007 season this weekend as they take on the Cal Golden

Bears (10-6) and the Stanford Cardinal (3-9). The match versus

the Bears will be held on Friday, March 30 at 1:30 p.m. followed

with ASU taking on Stanford on Saturday, March 31 at 1:00 p.m.

Both matches will be held in Tempe at ASU's Whiteman Tennis


Last Time out

Last weekend the Sun Devils faced off against their in-state rival

Arizona at home while hosting the Desert Cup. The Sun Devils

topped the `Cats 6-1, sealing the doubles point and

fi ve singles


Up Next

ASU will hit the road to continue Pac-10 play next weekend as they head

to LA to face UCLA and USC on April 6 and 7.

To Be the Best...

As always, the Sun Devils will play one of the toughest schedules

in the country, possibly the toughest in program history this year,

combining a strong non-conference slate with the always powerful

Pac-10 Conference schedule.

At The Helm

Coach Lou Belken enters his 25th season at the helm of

the Sun Devil program, the sixth longest tenure of any head

coach at ASU. In his 25 seasons, Belken has led his team to

18 berths in the NCAA tournament.
