Tara Kirk Picks Up Second Silver Medal At FINA World Championships

Melbourne, Australia - Former Stanford women's swimmer Tara Kirk picked up her second silver medal of the FINA World Championships on Saturday when she swam the breaststroke leg of the United States' silver medal winning 4x100 relay team. Kirk contributed a 1:06.37 leg to help teammates Natalie Coughlin, Rachel Komisarz and Lacey Nymeyer finish in a final time of 3:58.31. Australia won the event in 3:55.74.
