The 10th-ranked UCLA men's golf team travels to Tucson, Ariz. for the annual National Invitational Tournament, hosted at Omni Tucson National Golf Course, Apr. 2-3.
Omni Tucson National will play to a par of 72 over 7,094 yards. Thirty-six holes will be played on Mon., Apr. 2, followed by an 18-hole final day on Tues., Apr. 3.
'We're looking forward to the National Invitational Tournament,' said Head Coach O. D. Vincent. 'Tucson National is an enjoyable course.'

The UCLA Gold Team, which has won three tournaments this season, will be unveiling a new lineup in the desert. The fivesome features juniors Kevin Chappell and Craig Leslie, sophomores Lucas Lee and James Lee and freshman Jason Kang.
'We're going to experiment with another new lineup and we're excited for the guys who will be traveling,' Vincent said.
Chappell won the last gold event, tying for first place at the Oregon Duck Invitational following a final round even par 72. The victory was his second this season -- he won the John Hayt Collegiate on Feb. 20 -- and the third of his career. He ranks second on the team with a 72.4 scoring average.
Leslie earned his spot on the Gold Team this week because of three Top 15 finishes in his last four events. Also, his 94% counter ratio ranks second on the team.
Lucas Lee, ranked 15th nationally this season, has also won twice in 2007, increasing his career victory total to four titles. Lee won the first CS Bakersfield Spring Invitational in February and the Southern Highlands Collegiate two weeks later in Las Vegas. He leads the team with a 72.0 scoring average.
James Lee boasts a 93% counter ratio and recorded a fourth place finish at the UCR Braveheart Classic last month. His scoring average is 74.3.
Finally, freshman Jason Kang recorded a fourth-place finish at the UCR Braveheart Classic last month. He has finished among the Top 25 players in each of his four events in 2007.
