Moreno Tabbed All-Pac-10 First Team

USC junior Paola Moreno, who has finished in the top 17 of all but one tournament this season, was named an All-Pac-10 first team selection, announced by the conference at the conclusion of today's (April 25) Pac-10 Championships.
Moreno, ranked No. 15 in the country by Golfweek.com, entered the Pac-10 Championships with a team -best 73.50 stroke average. Her tie for seventh at the Pac-10 Championships today was her fourth in the top 7, which includes one individual title. Moreno was an honorable mention pick last year.
Senior Catalina Marin, junior Dewi Claire Schreefel and freshman Belen Mozo were tabbed as honorable mention selections as well. It is the third straight honorable mention nod for both Marin and Schreefel.
Schreefel finished tied for seventh at the Pac-10 Championships. Both she and Marin have two top 10 finishes this year. Mozo has four top 20 finishes, including one in the top 10.
USC has had at least three golfers represented on the All-Pac-10 team each year since 2000.
