Men's Swimming Affiliates Open Competition At 2007 Summer Senior Nationals

The 2007 ConocoPhillips USA Swimming National Championships began today, as several Stanford men's affiliates turned in strong finishes in their event finals. The competition runs Tuesday-Saturday, July 31-August 4 in Indianapolis, Ind.
In the 200 meter breaststroke, Stanford affiliate Paul Zaich performed very well as he earned a fifth place finish in the A-Final with a time of 2:13.52. Teammate Nate Cass touched the wall as the second place finisher in the B-Final, recording a time of 2:14.20. Brendan Hansen took the overall title with the tenth fastest time in history of 2:09.91.
