Brooke Bishop And Elaine Breeden Win Silver Medal At World University Games

Bangkok, Thailand - Current women's swimmers Brooke Bishop and Elaine Breeden swam the leadoff and third legs of the United States' silver medal 4x100 medley relay team at the long-course meters 2007 World University Games at Aquatic Stadium on Monday. Bishop recorded a time of 1:02.13 in her leadoff 100 back leg, while Breeden clocked her 100 fly leg in 59.28 for an American foursome that finished in 4:03.96 just behind Japan's 4:03.11.

Breeden also swam in the 50 fly, taking seventh in a personal-best 27.08.
