Pepsi Players Of The Game For USC

SEATTLE - After each game, Coach Tyrone Willingham and the Husky football coaching staff will name the Huskies' Pepsi Players of the Game for that week's performance. The winners following the UW's loss to No. 1 USC are safety Mesphin Forrester, cornerback Roy Lewis, wide receiver Tony Chidiac, running back Brandon Yakaboski and defensive end Darrion Jones.

Forrester, a senior from Los Angeles, was honored as the team's defensive player of the game. He led all tacklers with 10 total tackles and also has a 54-yard interception return for a touchdown.

Lewis, also a senior from Los Angeles, was honored for his work on the Husky special teams. He totaled six tackles and also blocked a punt late in the game, leading to a Husky touchdown.

Chidiac, a sophomore from Sammamish, Yakaboski, a freshman from Fall City and Jones, a junior from Lynwood, Calif., were honored for their work on the Husky service teams.
