Weber Named Pac-10 Special Teams Player of the Week

Arizona State freshman kicker Thomas Weber was named the Pac-10 Special Teams Player of the Week, according to an announcement by the Pac-10 on Monday.
Weber was a perfect four-of-four on field goals in Arizona State's 41-3 win at Stanford. The Downey, Calif., product connected from 41, 32, 38 and 18 yards. He also was perfect on three PATs to account for 15 points in the game. Weber also kicked off nine times with two touchbacks and Stanford averaging just 13.0 yards on returns.
For the season Weber, who is currently tied for fourth in the nation in field goals per game (2.0) and 19th in the nation in scoring (10.2 points per game), is a perfect 10-10 on field goal attempts.
