Lee and Chappell Both Under Par at All-America Tournament

UCLA All-Americans Lucas Lee and Kevin Chappell were among the leaders after 36 holes at the Western Refining College All-American Golf Classic, hosted by the El Paso Country Club in El Paso, TX.

Led fired rounds of 67-72--137 (-5) and was tied for fifth, five shots off the lead, which was held by Wake Forest's Webb Simpson. Lee recorded an eagle in each round; his early round also featured four birdies and two bogeys. In the afternoon round he recorded three birdies and three bogeys.

Chappell was tied for 14th place at 140 (-2) after carding rounds of 68-72. In his morning round, the UCLA senior played the outward nine in three-under 33 and the inward nine in even par 35. In the afternoon he carded three bogeys and two birdies.
