Limited Reserved Seating Available For UCLA-Tennessee Women's Basketball Game

The much-anticipated UCLA Women's Basketball game versus top-ranked and defending NCAA champion Tennessee on Wednesday, Dec. 19 at 7pm at legendary Pauley Pavilion is just a week away. The lower level is completely sold out and only 350 mid-level reserved sideline seats remain.

This is Tennessee's first visit to the UCLA campus since 1999. The Lady Vols are coached by Hall of Fame coach Pat Summitt, who has won seven NCAA titles in her career and is the all-time winningest coach in NCAA basketball history. Future No. 1 WNBA pick Candace Parker leads the 7-0 Lady Vols, averaging 21.3 points and 9.3 rebounds per game. Parker won the Wooden Award and the Honda Award last season after averaging 19.6 points and 9.8 rebounds per game. She made history in 2006 when she became the first woman to dunk in an NCAA Tournament game and the first woman to dunk twice in a college game.
The Bruins are led by senior Lindsey Pluimer and an exciting freshman class that was ranked the No. 4 recruiting class in the nation. Pluimer leads the Bruins in scoring and rebounding, averaging 14.3 points and 7.8 rebounds per game. Three freshmen also average in double-figures - Nina Earl (10.4), Regina Rogers (10.0) and Doreena Campbell (10.0). UCLA ranks 12th in the nation with a scoring average of 77.6 points per game.
