No. 8 UCLA Downs Oregon State, 85-62

PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) - Darren Collison had a career-high 33 points and No. 8 UCLA easily defeated Oregon State 85-62 Saturday night for the Beavers' 10th straight loss.

Kevin Love scored 16 points and had 21 rebounds, besting his own record for a UCLA freshman. Love's previous best was 18 set Thursday at Oregon.

Love has 11 double-doubles this season.

Freshman guard Lathen Wallace had a career-high 18 points for Oregon State (6-14, 0-8 Pacific-10 ), which trailed by as many as 25 points.

The Bruins (18-2, 6-1) were coming off an 80-75 victory over Oregon, where Love's father, Stan Love, played. Love scored 26 points and 18 rebounds in the game.

The Beavers were coming off a 68-44 loss to USC on Thursday, their first game with interim coach Kevin Mouton in charge.
