Paul Wulff and Cougar Football to Visit the Puget Sound Region

PULLMAN, Wash. - Washington State University football fans on the west side of the state will have two opportunities to meet first year head coach Paul Wulff and his staff at Sterling Savings Bank 'A Night With Cougar Football' events, a season preview celebration dinner and auction.
The event programs include a preview of the 2008 campaign, as well as an exclusive inside perspective of the 2008 Cougar recruiting class. The first event will be Thursday, Feb. 28, at the Skookum Creek Events Center, adjacent to the Little Creek Casino and Resort. The events center is just minutes north of Olympia on Highway 101. Social hour and a silent auction begin at 5:30 p.m. with the dinner starting at 6:30 p.m. Legendary Cougar broadcaster Bob Robertson will serve as master of ceremonies.
In addition to Wulff and his coaching staff, Elson S. Floyd, President of Washington State University, and Director of Athletics Jim Sterk will be at the Feb. 28 event.

The football caravan moves north the following evening (Feb. 29) to the Bell Harbor Conference Center (International Promenade Pier 66) on the Seattle Waterfront. Festivities begin at 5:30 p.m. with a social hour and silent auction; dinner is at 7 p.m. In addition to Wulff and his staff, Sterk will also be on hand to provide updates on Cougar Athletics and the ongoing renovation of Martin Stadium.

Attendees at both events will have the opportunity to bid on Cougar auction items to raise money to support the WSU Student-Athlete Scholarship Fund. All net proceeds from the event go to support WSU student-athlete scholarships.
Individuals who are not an Athletic Foundation member can become a member when making their reservations ($100 minimum annual contribution to support the WSU Athletic Scholarship Fund).
