Stanford Sweeps BYU

    The Stanford men's diving team earned great results when they traveled to Provo, Utah to compete against BYU. Stanford swept the top three places in both the 1-meter and 3-meter competitions.

    In the 1-meter, Nathan Kim led Stanford with a score of 305.25 points to finish in first place. He edged his teammates Brent Eichenseer and Casey Weston who finished second and third with 290.06 and 289.95 points respectively. The score for Weston was a season best in the 1-meter.

    Stanford also swept the 3-meter competition, but this time it was Eichenseer who led the Cardinal. His score of 355.20 points was good for first place, while Kim finished second with 344.40 points. Weston was third for Stanford with 291.83 points, another season best.

    The Stanford divers will compete again as a part of the swimming and diving meet versus California on Saturday, February 23 at 1:00 p.m. The meet will be the final Pac-10 dual meet of the season for the Cardinal.
