Anna Li Named UCLA/Muscle Milk Student-Athlete of the Week

Sophomore Anna Li (Aurora, IL/Waubonsie Valley HS) of the UCLA gymnastics team was selected as the UCLA/Muscle Milk Student-Athlete of the Week (February 11-18).
Li won the all-around for the fifth time in six meets, scoring 39.425 to lead UCLA to an easy dual meet win over California on Sunday, 195.225-189.425. Li scored a career-high 9.975 on the uneven bars in the first rotation, earning a perfect 10 from one judge and a 9.95 from the other. Her mark helped the Bruins score a season-best 49.4 on the event. Li also tied for first on floor exercise with a 9.85 and was third on vault (9.825) and fourth on beam (9.775). The four-time All-American is now ranked No. 2 in the nation in the all-around, and she leads the team with 15 individual victories on the year.
This is Li's first UCLA/Muscle Milk Student-Athlete of the Week honor of the season and of her career.
