Perk Shuts Out Mexico In 3-0 Victory

UCLA junior goalkeeper Brian Perk recorded a shutout as the U.S. Under-20 National Team defeated Mexico's Under-20 Team, 3-0, on Friday evening in Laredo, TX. Perk played all 90 minutes and had three saves on five Mexico shots. Bruin freshman Eder Arreola entered the game as a sub in the second half and played 11 minutes.

The U.S. scored twice in a two-minute span in the first half on goals by Sheanon Williams (25th minute) and Peri Marosevic (27th minute). Marosevic added another goal in extra time late in the first half.
