LOS ANGELES - Washington State University football Head Coach Paul Wulff and All-American wide receiver Brandon Gibson attended the Pacific-10 Conference Media Day at the Los Angeles Airport Hilton, Thursday.
Wulff and Gibson spent the day previewing the 2008 Cougar and Pac-10 seasons with the nearly 500 media members in attendance.
'Overall it was a very fun experience,' Gibson said. 'I've been answering a lot of the same questions, but a lot of people picked my brain, and I hope they see that I am a team player.'
The conference also released the 2008 preseason media poll in conjunction with media day, a poll that predicts a 10th-place finish for WSU. The complete poll is below with first place votes in parentheses.

'This was a very productive day, getting to talk about Washington State football on a national level,' said Wulff. 'It feels like this is another step in the process and we are getting much closer to getting the season started. It's exciting and I can't wait for Aug. 5 (the first day of practice) to get here.'
