Football Student Ticket and Wristband Policy Announced
Aug. 18, 2008
TEMPE, Ariz. - Arizona State University's athletic ticket office announced today the student ticket policy for the 2008 football season.
All students with a game ticket may choose to sit in either the Lower or Upper Bowl. Students who wish to sit in the Lower Bowl (Sections 31 to 36) will need to obtain a wristband for access to these sections. Wristbands will only be distributed on game day at the Southeast Gate starting 90 minutes prior to kickoff as students come through the gate.
Students who want to sit in the Lower Bowl will need to line up in the Student Line at the Southeast Gate on game day. Wristbands will be distributed on a first come, first serve basis. All students must have their student ID, and wristbands will be issued one per person, per ID. Students may not pick up other students' wristbands.
Students with wristbands will then be able to sit in the indicated section on their wristband. Students will need to show Game Staff their wristband in order to enter their section, and they may enter and exit the section at any time throughout the game. Should the wristband be taken off or removed for any reason, the student will need to proceed to the Upper Bowl General Admission Student Section (Sections 244-247).
Students who do not enter through the Student Entrance (Southeast Gate) will not receive a wristband and will need to sit in the Upper Bowl. To sit in the Upper Bowl, students may enter through the direct North or Southeast Gates of the stadium. A wristband is not required for Sections 244-247, except for games that are sold out.
