Oct. 8, 2008

TULSA- A day after sophomore Jay Goldman upset the No. 28 player in college, he fell to Virginia's Michael Shabaz. Goldman was able to take him to three sets 6-4, 6-7(5), 6-2 in the third round of the ITA All-American Championship. Goldman finished single's play with a 2-1 record.
