Nov. 17, 2008

USC senior guard Camille LeNoir broke the 1,000 point mark over the weekend at the Wolfpack Invitational in Raleigh, N.C. Coming into the weekend and the season, LeNoir had recorded 979 points in a USC uniform. With her 13 point performance against Charlotte in a losing effort on Saturday (Nov. 16) LeNoir was 8 points from the achievement with 992 points. In Sunday's win over Milwaukee, LeNoir tacked up 15 points, putting herself over the barrier at 1,007 points.

LeNoir is now in elite company, making her one of only 21 Trojans to achieve the 1,000 point feat. Her current 1,007 points ranks her No. 20 all-time in career scoring.

The next chance for LeNoir to add to her point total and lead her team to victory will be on Monday, November 24, when the Women of Troy travel to Pepperdine for a 7 p.m. tip off.

LeNoir will be honored for her 1,000 point accomplishment at USC's first home game of the season on Sunday, Nov. 30 at 2 p.m., when the Women of Troy host UC Santa Barbara.
