Munoz earned mid-year recognition for finishing the fall season with a 71.56 stroke average and two top-five finishes, including tying for second at the Derby.

After winning two of the three tournaments they played in during the fall, the team was named honorable mention for Team of the (Mid) Year. Seventh year head coach Luellen was also honored as honorable mention for Coach of the (Mid) Year. The Sun Devils came from behind to win the NCAA Fall Preview in September. At The Derby, the team breezed past the competition, besting the second place Virginia by 18 strokes.

The Sun Devils return to action in February at the Northrop Grumman Regional in Palos Verdes, Calif. The team's roster will be complete for the first time this season as Spanish standout Carlota Ciganda and Italian Giulia Molinaro will join the team.
