PULLMAN, Wash. -- WSU students, armed with sleeping bags, heaters, TV games and text books began lining up at 6 p.m. Wednesday in anticipation of a front row seat for the upcoming WSU-Gonzaga game.

Some students caught up on sleep, played games or the guitar, while others cracked their text books. One student brought his dog for a little added heat, while another set up a propane heater that kept a small circle of friends warm.

WSU rules do not allow students to line up until 6 a.m. the morning of a home game.

The Cougars and the fourth ranked Zags tip off at 7 p.m. at Friel Court tonight. The game will be televised by FSN Northwest and Spokane station KHQ.
