Oregon State Tops Nebraska, 64-63

CORVALLIS, Ore. (AP) - Daniel Deane's two free throws with 8.3 seconds remaining Saturday gave Oregon State a 64-63 win over Nebraska. Nebraska's Ade Dagunduro missed a contested 12-footer at the buzzer.

Omari Johnson tied a career high with 19 points and 10 rebounds for Oregon State (2-5), which ended a 25-game losing streak Nov. 30.

Calivin Haynes added 14 points for the Beavers, and Deane had 13 points and 10 rebounds. Dagunduro led Nebraska (6-2) with 16 points.

Deane's two foul shots put Oregon State ahead 62-61. Nebraska went back ahead on a pair of Dagunduro free throws with 10.9 seconds remaining. Nebraska's Cookie Miller missed a shot and the ball went out of bounds with 1.1 seconds left. Dagunduro's shot at the buzzer missed.
