FSN Northwest To Air Civil War Women's Basketball On Feb. 28

CORVALLIS, Ore. - The Oregon State women's basketball team will play in the Civil War, presented by the Northwest Dodge Dealers, against Oregon on Feb. 28, and it was announced Wednesday that the game will air on FSN Northwest.
Scheduled start time for the contest is 7 p.m. PT at legendary Gill Coliseum, and will be the second of two matchups between the Beavers and the Ducks this season, with the first coming Jan. 31 in Eugene. FSN Northwest is the official broadcast partner of Oregon State Athletics.
'We are excited to have this game available to our fans who won't be able to make the Civil War,' head coach LaVonda Wagner said. 'I look forward to working with our friend and great partner in FSN Northwest and as always, we expect a great game against our rivals.'
Oregon State hits the road to the state of Washington this week for matchups with the Cougars and Huskies. The Beavers will open the weekend with Washington State Thursday night, a game that will start at 7 p.m. PT from Pullman. The game can be heard live on KTHH 990-AM in the Corvallis area and in Portland on KKAD 1550-AM. Fans who wish to listen through the Internet can do so by visiting osubeavers.com or Yahoo! Sports.
Saturday's game will feature the Beavers and Huskies in a 2 p.m. PT start from Bank of America Arena. The game will be offered on a tape delayed broadcast on Comcast channel 37 in the state of Oregon. The first airing will be at 9 p.m. PT Saturday night, with a second scheduled for 3 p.m. on Sunday.
